We’re growing and currently looking for a Senior Supply Chain Specialist & Technical Purchaser to strengthen our internal operations and ensure smooth purchasing, logistics, and data management.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Supply Chain Specialist & Technical Purchaser based in Prague to take full ownership of the product flow to our Ukrainian branch. In this role, you will act as the bridge between Headquarters and the UA market. You will work side-by-side with our HQ Strategic Buyer (who handles global commodity deals) while you take full responsibility for sourcing and buying country-specific technical products required exclusively for the Ukrainian market.

What You'll Do:

1. Niche Technical Purchasing (Your Primary Buying Focus):

• Identify, source, and negotiate products that are specific to the Ukrainian market (specialized PV components, accessories, or local technical requirements).
• Act as the technical expert for this niche portfolio – finding solutions where standard global products don't fit.
• Independently handle the entire purchasing process for these special items: from market research to price negotiation and contract signing.

2. Supply Chain Management & Automation (Full Portfolio):

• Manage the inventory planning for both standard (global) and special (local) products.
• Collaborate with the HQ Strategic Buyer to ensure smooth "call-offs" and supply of standard high-volume materials.
• Automate the ordering process: Set up min/max levels, monitor stock turnover, and ensure timely replenishment of the best-sellers without manual micromanagement.
• Prevent stockouts of critical items while maintaining healthy inventory levels (avoiding dead stock).

3. Logistics & Operations (Prague ↔ Ukraine):

• Coordinate the transport of goods from suppliers (EU/Global) to the Ukrainian warehouse.
• Resolve complex operational issues independently (customs, damages, claims, last-minute changes).
• Analyze data to optimize transport costs and delivery times.

4. Data Analysis & Communication:

• Monitor warehouse KPIs and provide forecasts to the HQ team.
• Communicate daily with the Ukrainian sales team regarding ETAs and product availability.

We're Seeking a Candidate Who:

• Is based in Prague and is eligible to work in CZ.
• Speaks Ukrainian and is comfortable communicating in English
• Has 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Technical Purchasing.
• Is able to understand technical datasheets (PV experience preferred). You must be able to judge whether a specific product fits the local market requirement.
• Feel confident to work independently, and can distinguish when to use a global contract and when you need to find a unique solution yourself.
• Has an analytical mindset
• Is an Expert in data interpretation, Excel, and ERP systems (K2 is a plus).
