Performance Marketer (Meta Ads Expert)

Rapidly growing premium menswear brand bringing Italian-inspired aesthetics to the modern man. We operate on a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) model, bypassing boutiques to offer luxury quality (Pima Cotton, Italian Denim) at fair prices. We are currently scaling aggressively across DACH, Benelux, and Scandinavia.

The Mission

We are looking for a Meta Ads Killer. We don't need an agency that sends automated reports. We need a strategic partner who obsesses over ROAS, Creative Strategy, and Net Profit. You will take full ownership of our ad account and lead our expansion into new European markets.

What You Will Do

Complete Account Management: Manage daily ad spend (€5k - €50k/month scaling potential) across Meta (Facebook & Instagram).

Creative Strategy: You don’t just run ads; you tell us what ads to make. You will brief our creative team on new angles (e.g., "Unboxing vs. Lifestyle," "Old Money Aesthetic," "Gift Gifting").

Data Analysis: Deep dive into metrics daily (CPM, CTR, ROAS, MER). You know exactly when to cut a losing ad and when to scale a winner.

Copywriting: Write high-converting ad copy that speaks to our specific avatars (The "Old Money" aspirant, The Girlfriend buying a gift, The quality-obsessed professional).

Testing & Scaling: Execute rigorous A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and offers without losing efficiency.

Who You Are

Proven Track Record: You have managed D2C fashion accounts with at least €30k–€50k monthly spend.
Creative-First Mindset: You understand that in 2026, the creative is the targeting. You know how to build high-converting UGC, carousels, and video hooks.
Technical Excellence: You are a master of CBO strategies, exclusion audiences, attribution windows, and pixel tracking. You never make rookie mistakes (like mixing ad formats in the wrong campaigns).
Business Minded: You care about Profit Contribution, not just vanity metrics like "Clicks."

Requirements

3+ years experience in Paid Social (Meta focus).
Experience scaling an E-commerce brand (Fashion/Apparel preferred).
Fluent in English (German language skills are a massive plus).
Portfolio/Case Studies of scaling accounts profitably.
