Junior Sourcing & Recruiting specialist (m/w/n)

Main tasks & key accountabilities:

• You will support the HR BP and Recruitment teams by building talent pipelines through active sourcing for target roles across key departments
• You will be responsible for actively sourcing candidates for critical positions via LinkedIn and other social media channels, ensuring strong and diverse pipelines within our e‑recruiting tools, including CV uploads and initial screening
• You will publish English‑language job postings on our career sites, LinkedIn, and relevant industry job platforms
• You will prepare monthly and quarterly position overviews for Corporate HR and Recruiters based on data from the e‑recruit system and LinkedIn tools
• You will perform additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor

Our expectations for this exciting role:

• You have strong English skills (C1 level or above), both written and spoken
• You bring at least one year of experience in an office environment - experience in customer service is especially valuable - and you are proficient with MS Office tools
• You are motivated to learn, a good listener, collaborative, persistent, resilient, adaptable, and demonstrate a strong customer‑service mindset
• You show solid process orientation and consistently keep systematic, accurate documentation with strong attention to detail
• You are comfortable using social media and have basic data‑mining abilities
• Bonus: You hold a university degree
