Our Fast Track Leadership (FTL) program is a

• 1-year program starting in August 2026
• In the vibrant city of Prague, Czech Republic
• 2 rotations of 6 months within the program in one of the following departments: Customer & Consumer Experience, IT, Logistics, Finance, or People (HR) Business Services Team.
• As a junior talent, you will build your resilience, leadership and problem-solving skills, and gain a 360-degree view on the operational core of our business, while also leading a transformational project.
• You will have a 70-20-10 learning and development approach, where 70% Learning on the Job, 20% Exposure to Others, 10% Formal Learning & Training

To be eligible:

• You must have graduated (before September 2026 and no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor's, Master's (or equivalent) degree.
• You should also have no more than 2 years of professional experience (internships/volunteers/student jobs not included).
• Your passion and ownership are more important than the subject you studied.
• A Fluent level of English is a must. If you possess a proficient level of either Dutch, French, German, Italian or Spanish, this is considered a big benefit!
• You should be an EU citizen or have the right to live and work permanently in the Czech Republic.

• For the first few years of your career, you will be based in the vibrant and dynamic city of Prague, Czech Republic known for its bars, restaurants and fast-paced way of life. Assistance with your relocation is provided, if needed.
