Job purpose

Support the Workplace related activities. Storage management. Health and Safety in the office environment. Taking care of employees and their needs for work. Enhance the Employee experience and engagement. Follow up on monthly invoicing and provide visibility on the budget spend.

Main characteristics (Challenges)

Key responsibilities

• Manage D2D office operation, including daily supplies of kitchens on all floors
• Storage management
• Health and Safety
• Vendor Management incl. quality check & supervision of SLA's
• Maintain Workplace needed data files on a daily basis
• Operate BMS tool reflecting Workplace manager instructions
• Newcomers & leavers management
• Employee entry system management / data sharing external
• IT collaboration
• Internal storage management
• H&S SPOC for mandatory trainings
• Work in compliance with the legal requirements and internal accounting compliance rules
• Participate in the development of office policies and procedures that create timely and efficient workflow
• Identify and suggest implementation of process and system enhancements to continuously improve operations.
• Responsibility for planning and arrangement of company events, such as conventions
• Vendor Management incl. quality check & supervision of SLA's
• ERP - Processing Workplace related invoices
• Co-creating the Future Digital-Workplace vision
• Project management linked to facility field
• Check invoices for discrepancies in price, quantity and items
• Follow E2E invoicing process

Management and Key performance indicators (KPIs):

• Ensure compliance with BSC standards, AB InBev policies and SLAs
• Create and maintain a positive work environment
• Ensure delivery of business results by meeting or exceeding KPI's
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and safety training requirements
• Building Employee & Workplace experience
• Building of appropriate relationships with all key stakeholders (MANCOM, Suppliers, Procurement, People team)
• Cooperation with all PRG Teams and employees to enhance Employee experience

Develop people

• Sharing experience with other team members
• Proper transition of tasks and handover
• Provide feedback to TL
• PDP follow-up

Education & Experience

• High School
