Managing Director – Straky Machining s.r.o.

We are seeking an experienced and inspiring leader to take on the role of Managing Director at a dynamic engineering and weapons manufacturing company. The successful candidate will have full responsibility for the strategic direction, performance, and growth of the organization.

What We Are Looking For

✅ University degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or Finance
✅ Fluent English (daily communication required)
✅ Ability to make independent decisions and handle tasks in exceptional or urgent situations
✅Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and presentation skills
✅Demonstrated experience managing teams, departments, or entire companies
✅Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (defense/armament experience is a plus)
✅Valid driving license (category B)
✅Proficient in MS Office and other common PC applications

Key Responsibilities

🔺Lead the company in accordance with the approved strategy and objectives
🔺Analyze economic, commercial, and production results to provide key decision-making information for managing the executive team and defining daily, monthly, and annual strategies
🔺Coordinate and manage department managers across Production, Finance, and HR to meet market demands
🔺Build and maintain relationships with strategic business partners, resolving critical issues related to claims, deliveries, contracts, and business disputes
