O pozici

Team summary


To strengthen our team, we are looking for two new colleagues who will take responsibility for the operational execution of large-scale automotive marketing events. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and international partners to ensure seamless delivery of events with several thousand participants.

Possible tasks in this role:


· Operational planning and execution of international events (e.g., multinday conferences in EU

· Full event logistics coordination, including venue, catering, technical production, branding, furniture, transportation

· Onsite event management: steering service providers and agencies, ensuring quality standards, managing

· Guest management, including registration, communication, travel coordination, accommodation, and shuttle

· Supplier and partner management: briefings, alignment, performance monitoring, and approval of delivered

· Support in tender management: preparation of technical tender documents and comparison of supplier offers

· Budget coordination: cost planning, monitoring, cost tracking, and postnevent accounting

· Preparation of presentations and project overviews for internal stakeholders

Qualification requirements:

· Completed education in Event Management, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.

· Minimum 4 years of experience in event organization or operational project management.

· Very good Czech & English skills

· Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). Knowledge of SAP or similar systems is beneficial.

· Strong organizational capabilities, handsnon mentality, and excellent problemnsolving skills.

· High resilience, flexibility, and enthusiasm for working in dynamic international environments.

· Independent, structured, and solutionnoriented work style.

· Reliability and high attention to detail.

· Willingness to travel extensively within the EU (especially before and during major events).
