In Prague, Epiroc hosts a financial shared services hub – our Center of Excellence – alongside teams from Global Finance, IT, and Business. You’ll be part of a dynamic, collaborative environment where innovation and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything we do.

Your mission

As a Concur End-User Support, you’ll play a key role in supporting our global Travel and Expense Management solution, SAP Concur. You will help employees worldwide navigate the system, resolve issues, and ensure smooth processes that make expense management efficient and user-friendly.

• Provide support to end users
• Communicate with users via e-mail, chat or phone (if necessary) regarding their issues
• Contact external providers in case of technical issues related to the application
• Coordinate with your manager or teammates when resolving complex issues
• Ensure training materials are kept up to date
• Deliver basic online training to end users
• Maintain the application when required

Your profile

You are a quick learner who adapts easily to new systems and enjoys working independently. Patient and approachable, you have strong interpersonal and communication skills, including when working with non-technical users. You can communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization.

You have:

• Experience in customer service
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent (Czech Maturita)
• Knowledge of Finance, IT, or similar through experience
• Fluent English is required, additional languages are an advantage
• Knowledge of travel expense solutions or IT/IS is an advantage
• Czech citizenship or valid work permit is mandatory
