O pozici
About the role
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will become an important part of the local team in Prague, working closely with the local Sales Managers and international stakeholders. This role combines sales support, logistics coordination and invoicing, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations. It requires close interaction with customers, logistics partners and internal teams, offering a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in international FMCG daily activities.
What you will do
- Supporting sales and logistics operations by entering and maintaining accurate data in company systems
- Preparing, issuing, and registering invoices for customers and service providers
- Planning and tracking payments to suppliers and state authorities
- Generating regular operational and goods movement reports
- Preparing documentation for customs clearance and export/import operations
- Organizing deliveries, coordinating product samples, and monitoring order receipt
- Processing customer orders and registering shipments in internal systems and transport platforms
- Coordinating with HQ logistics teams to manage deliveries from Ukraine to customers
- Handling customer claims and product returns
What knowledge and skills you should have
- Higher education in economics, logistics, finance or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or logistics support
- Fluent Czech (native or near‑native level)
- English at least at Intermediate level
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and partners
- Confident user of Microsoft Excel and Word
