International Sales Operations Specialist
Location: Náchod, Czech Republic
Role Overview
We are looking for an International Sales Operations Specialist to support daily international sales and logistics operations. The role focuses on order processing, customer communication, logistics coordination, and sales administration, working closely with Sales, Warehouse, and Company Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Process sales orders and reservations in the ERP system
- Issue pro-forma invoices and manage pricing conditions
- Communicate daily with international customers and suppliers
- Coordinate international transportation, deliveries, and pickups
- Cooperate with customs authorities and insurance providers
- Manage customer credits, registrations, and recycling fees
- Prepare sales reports and internal reporting
- Moderate sales department meetings
- Support preparation of trade fairs and showroom presentations
What Success Looks Like
After 3 months
- Independent processing of standard orders and sales administration
- Confident English communication with customers and suppliers
- Understanding of sales, logistics, and customs processes
After 6 months
- Full responsibility for assigned customer portfolio
- Independent coordination of transport and operational issues
- Accurate and timely sales reporting
After 12 months
- Key operational support for the international sales team
- Active participation in improving sales and logistics processes
- Independent handling of complex international cases
Requirements
- Fluent Czech and English (spoken and written)
- Experience in international sales support, sales operations, logistics, or administration
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
What We Offer (Salary Transparency)
- Fixed salary: CZK 50,000 – 60,000 gross / month (based on experience)
- Performance bonus: up to 10–15% of annual base salary
