Marketing content leader

Our marketing team is small and hands-on. You’ll work with your Marketing manager and Scientific content writer (biologist), collaborate closely with Sales team and Application specialists. We are now looking for an experienced marketing all-rounder with a strong digital focus who enjoys ownership, variety and impact.

Your mission is to build recognition of Telight brand, our products and actively support sales pipeline growth through high-quality lead generation.

What you will do:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns that generate leads.
• Own social media (LinkedIn, X), email newsletters planning and content creation.
• Manage and optimize website, with a focus on leads conversion.
• Organize conferences and other events (incl. occasional webinars) enabling the sales team to focus on sales.
• Coordinate internal team (application specialists and international sales) and external vendors in content development.
• Work closely with Sales to ensure lead quality and aligned support materials.
• Ensure consistent messaging and brand tone across the channels.Track and optimize the channels and campaigns performance.
• Support the Marketing manager in shaping and executing marketing strategy.

What we require:

• 3+ years of hands-on marketing experience.
• Strong digital marketing skills (social, web, analytics, SEO, paid campaigns).
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Based in Czechia. Brno area preferred, exceptional candidates from other locations will be considered.
• Basic design skills eg. Canva (External designer used for major visuals, print and campaigns).
• Ability to translate strategy into priorities and drive execution.
• Proactive mindset. You question and improve current ways of working, to move things forward.
• Comfortable leveraging modern tools and AI to work smarter and more efficiently.

Ideal candidate skillset:

• Background in microscopy, research or life sciences.
• University degree in Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• Proven ability to lead projects in an international environment with internal teams and external vendors.
• Hands-on experience delivering physical and virtual events.
