O pozici
Currently, the position of IT Infrastructure administrator is open, and the bank is seeking for a talented individual with proven experience and motivation to join our dynamic team of professionals. We offer a unique opportunity to relocate to Malta or work from Prague and travel to Malta on a regular basis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overall responsibility for IT infrastructure, including networks
- Prepare infrastructure budgets and present proposals
- Manage relationships with key IT infrastructure partners
- Oversee support for Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, VPN, and Windows/Linux server environments
- Ensure stable and secure operation of all IT systems
- Maintain and improve server infrastructure
- Operate hybrid environments using Active Directory and Azure
- Strengthen cybersecurity
- Drive digitalization of enterprise systems (DMS)
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- A degree in Business IT, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification
- At least 3 years of experience in the IT field
- Strong analytical skills, interpersonal and communication skills, and attention to detail
- Driven, solution-oriented, and proactive work approach combined with a positive “can-do” attitude
- Willingness for continuous learning and keeping up-to-date with developments in products and programs
- Sound knowledge of support, project, and process management
- Advanced written and spoken English
- ITIL experience/background is an advantage
