Content Manager (Marketing)

Are you creative and passionate about content marketing? We’re looking for a Content Manager to create engaging content, strengthen our brand voice, and drive engagement across channels. This role is ideal for someone with a solid content marketing background, a strong overview of the technology landscape and a proactive mindset.

Your Role

As a Content Manager, you will:

• Content Creation and Management: Independently author compelling content pieces, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, and website copy, while briefing external agencies for specialized projects to ensure efficiency and high-quality output.

• Marketing Collateral Development: Craft persuasive copy for brochures, leaflets, and other materials, collaborating closely with our in-house designer to align visuals and messaging that resonate with government personas (e.g., forensic investigators and intelligence providers) and commercial leads (e.g., call centers).

• Digital and Campaign Oversight: Lead content production for newsletters, email campaigns, paid campaigns, and landing pages, while reviewing marketing copy for consistency, SEO optimization, and brand voice adherence.

• Strategy and Planning: Drive content strategy, outline briefs for articles, and partner with the campaign manager to execute integrated initiatives that boost demo requests, enhance SEO, and attract B2B/B2G/B2B2G leads.

• Localization and CMS Management: Oversee translations and localization of materials into Spanish and other languages as needed. Manage content via CMS systems (currently WordPress, transitioning to Framer) with editorial proficiency.

• Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate content effectiveness using tools like Google Analytics for traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics (e.g., demo requests), and Ahrefs for SEO performance, backlinks, and keyword rankings. Use insights to refine strategies and optimize future campaigns for greater impact.

Skills You Need

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Czech with excellent writing skills, capable of producing clear, engaging copy in American English and Czech.

• Technical Background: Solid understanding of API-based technologies and software solutions to effectively communicate complex topics like voice biometrics, speech recognition, and deepfake detection without jargon overload.

• Marketing Expertise: Proven track record in content marketing, copywriting, and SEO/web strategies with a focus on B2B or B2G audiences.

• Tools and Systems: Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Framer) for editing and content management, experience in briefing agencies, overseeing localization, and collaborating on design-driven collateral.

• Analytics Proficiency: Skilled in using Google Analytics to track performance metrics and Ahrefs (or similar tools) for SEO analysis, enabling data-driven decisions to enhance content reach and effectiveness.

• Strategic and Collaborative Mindset: Strong planning abilities to outline content briefs, drive strategies, and collaborate on campaigns. Team player with excellent communication skills.

• Passionate Tech Enthusiast: Genuine excitement for emerging trends in audio intelligence, conversational AI, and voice technologies; proactively stays ahead of the curve to bring fresh, relevant ideas to our content.
