O pozici
SmartGuide, a fast-growing AI-powered travel-tech scaleup, is looking for 2 hungry Sales Reps to sell its B2B SaaS guide platform to destinations, attractions, and tour operators worldwide.
You’ll own the full sales cycle, work both inbound and self-generated leads and get accounts to manage from the beginning. We offer uncapped commissions (often 50–120k+ CZK/month for strong performers), equity for hitting targets, and a flexible hybrid setup in Prague. We look for one Czech-speaker and one German speaker (English for both) closer who wants to sell exciting products and aims for responsibility and impact.
🎯 Your Mission is to sell SmartGuide’s award-winning B2B SaaS solution to destinations, attractions, and tour operators worldwide.
- Own the entire sales cycle – prospect, present, negotiate, close, and hand over implementation
- Work both inbound leads and build your own pipeline through SDR activities
- Convert Sales Qualified Leads from the lead generation team into paying clients
- Meet clients mostly on VC calls, but also in person at travel trade shows
- Maintain strong client relationships for retention, upsell, and references
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to fine-tune campaigns and strategies

- Stay positive under pressure — you’ll hear “no” often, but that’s the game.
- Speak either German or Czech/Slovak fluently. (no Czech required for the German speaker)
- Ideally based in Prague (2× a week in office preferred, but not required)
