STIHL is looking for a Business Innovator! Join us as a Local Business Development Specialist.

We’re looking for an energetic and innovative professional to help us develop business opportunities and build strong partnerships in the market.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the rollout of local and regional sales strategies
  • Collaborate on introducing STIHL’s omnichannel strategy
  • Develop relationships with key partners
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities and create action plans
  • Forecast, monitor performance, and propose measures to achieve targets
  • Manage projects focused on growth, efficiency, and innovation
  • Work with modern tools (SAP, CRM, B2B, Vistex) and data analytics
  • Communicate and collaborate with international teams
  • Cooperate across departments within the company

What We Expect

  • Minimum secondary education
  • Interest in garden and forestry equipment
  • Experience in sales and business development
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage complex sales environments and projects
  • Strong analytical skills (Excel, SAP Analytics Cloud, CRM)
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Commercial drive, goal orientation, and independence
  • Willingness to travel across the Czech Republic
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Driving license (Group B)
