STIHL is looking for a Business Innovator! Join us as a Local Business Development Specialist.

We’re looking for an energetic and innovative professional to help us develop business opportunities and build strong partnerships in the market.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the rollout of local and regional sales strategies
- Collaborate on introducing STIHL’s omnichannel strategy
- Develop relationships with key partners
- Identify and secure new business opportunities and create action plans
- Forecast, monitor performance, and propose measures to achieve targets
- Manage projects focused on growth, efficiency, and innovation
- Work with modern tools (SAP, CRM, B2B, Vistex) and data analytics
- Communicate and collaborate with international teams
- Cooperate across departments within the company
What We Expect
- Minimum secondary education
- Interest in garden and forestry equipment
- Experience in sales and business development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage complex sales environments and projects
- Strong analytical skills (Excel, SAP Analytics Cloud, CRM)
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Commercial drive, goal orientation, and independence
- Willingness to travel across the Czech Republic
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Driving license (Group B)
