We are looking for a Training Specialist to join our Global IT Support team. This is a unique opportunity to become the first Learning & Development professional within IT at Epiroc. You will play a key role in shaping training strategies and creating engaging learning experiences that empower our employees and end users worldwide.

Your mission

As a Training Specialist, you will ensure that IT employees and end users have the knowledge and skills required to perform effectively and grow professionally. You will support the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs aligned with organizational goals.

Your responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing engaging training programs (instructor-led and e-learning) for technical and soft skills.
• Conducting training needs assessments and aligning plans with performance goals and compliance standards.
• Measuring training effectiveness and continuously improving materials and methods.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Maintaining accurate training records in the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Your profile

You are passionate about learning and development, proactive, and solution-oriented. You thrive in a collaborative environment and have strong communication skills.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate training or L&D.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms and tools such as PowerPoint, Teams, and virtual training software.
• Fluency in English is a must; other languages are a plus.
