Finance Controller

The Role

We're looking for a Finance Controller to own financial reporting across our key markets – Czech Republic, Iceland, UK, and Denmark.

This isn't a back-office number-crunching job. You'll be the person who turns data into insight. If you're energized by building dashboards, automating reports, and making finance more visible to the business – keep reading.

What You'll Do

• Own management reporting across multiple jurisdictions
• Build and maintain budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Create dashboards and visualizations that leadership actually uses
• Work with data from various sources – yes, SQL helps here
• Handle intercompany transactions and multi-entity reporting
• Spot inefficiencies and fix them – we value process improvers
• Collaborate with a small international team across time zones

What You Bring

Must Have:

• 1-5 years in controlling, FP&A, or finance analytics
• Strong Excel skills (if you know Power Query – even better)
• Experience pulling and working with reports from various ERP systems
• Fluent English
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Comfort working independently

Strong Advantage:

• SQL – ability to query databases and extract data
• Power BI or similar – dashboard creation, data visualization
• Multi-entity or multi-country reporting experience
• Intercompany and consolidation basics

Nice to Have:

• Experience with advanced automation techniques
• Fintech or tech industry background

Junior with Strong Tech Skills (1-3 years)

• Advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL
• Eager to grow in finance
