About the Role: As a Technical Support Engineer, you’ll be the go-to expert for our partners and customers. From troubleshooting and integration to training and presales support, your work ensures smooth deployments and exceptional customer experiences.
What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues for Hikvision products
- Provide on-site and remote technical support
- Prepare technical documentation and reports
- Support product deployment and integration
- Deliver product demonstrations and customer training
- Assist with presales solution design and post-sales support
- Collaborate with R&D and Product teams for escalations
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 1+ year in technical support or related role (security or IT industry preferred)
- Languages: Fluent Czech and business-level English, Chinese is a plus
- Technical Skills: IP networking, CCTV systems, ACS, Intrusion systems, Intercom systems, Hardware/Software troubleshooting, system integration
- Soft Skills: Communication, problem-solving, adaptability, customer focus
- Driving License: Required
- Travel: Up to 10% (within Czech Republic and occasionally abroad)
