Embark on your Finance Journey with Schleich – Part Time / Student Opportunity in Transactional Accounting (Accounts Payable)

Please note that this position is based in Prague, Czech Republic and follows our hybrid working model.

Relocation support is not offered.

The following adventures await you at Schleich:

• Validate and process incoming vendor invoices
• Support invoice matching and posting in SAP
• Communicate with suppliers regarding payment status, invoice discrepancies, and clarifications
• Assist with reminders, payment overviews, and portal maintenance
• Collaborate with internal departments (procurement, operations, finance) to resolve open items
• Help maintain accurate and up-to-date AP records
• Act as a back-up for other AP-related activities as needed

Your story so far:

• You are currently studying (Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field)
• You have a valid work permit
• You have an eye for detail and enjoy working with numbers
• You bring strong analytical and organizational skills
• You are proactive, curious, and eager to learn
• You work well independently and in a team
• You are confident communicating in English (written and spoken) and ideally in German
• Any other European language is a plus
• Ideally, you have some experience with SAP and MS Office (especially Excel, Outlook & Teams)
