Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Pimcore Developer who combines strong technical expertise with mature communication and collaboration skills to join our Global Sales Digitalization Team, based in our international office in Prague. You will take technical co-ownership of our Pimcore platform and act as the key point of contact between business stakeholders, central IT, and external development partners.

What is going to be your responsibility?

As our Senior Full-Stack Pimcore Developer, you will lead the technical development of our Pimcore 10–12 platform — from implementation to performance optimisation. You will work closely with the Product Owner, collaborate with architects and business teams, and coordinate with external development partners.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Design, develop, and maintain modules within the Pimcore 10–12 ecosystem (Data Objects, Documents, Assets, DataHub).
• Build and maintain custom Symfony bundles and services following best-practice standards.
• Design and implement REST and GraphQL APIs for integrations with ERP, CRM, and eCommerce systems.
• Develop and optimise Doctrine ORM models and queries.
• Implement robust frontend features using React (or Vue.js), Twig, and Pimcore admin UI components.
• Work with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, Docker environments, and caching strategies.
• Participate in code reviews, performance optimisation, and security best practices.

Expectations for the ideal candidate:

We are looking for someone with strong technical depth, a full-stack mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a distributed international team. To succeed in this role, you should bring:

• 5+ years of experience in backend or full-stack web development.
• Strong knowledge of PHP and the Symfony framework.
• Experience working with Pimcore 10–12 (Data Objects, Documents, Assets, DataHub, Workflows) — highly preferred.
• Strong frontend development skills, especially React (or Vue.js), JavaScript (ES6+), and Twig.
• Solid understanding of REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with Doctrine ORM, optimising SQL queries, and database migrations.
• Familiarity with Docker / Docker Compose, CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Understanding of caching and performance strategies (Redis, Varnish, HTTP cache).
• Hands-on experience with Git, including branching strategies (GitFlow or trunk-based).
• Knowledge of ElasticSearch / OpenSearch is a plus.
• Problem-solving mindset, ownership approach and accountability.
• Experience coordinating external development partners or vendors, including communication, task clarification, and ongoing alignment.
• English fluency — you will be working in an international setup.
