Demand Analyst (m/w/n)

Main tasks & key accountabilities:

• You will use data from a range of multiple sources to prepare reports on historical sales data, market trends, and customer behavior for creating analytics platform
• You will analyze sales performance by product, region, customer segment, sales channel, etc., to identify patterns and differences in performance across segments
• You will develop demand forecasts in colaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain
• You will support scenario planning to enable informed decision-making process
• You will maintain and use forecasting software/tools and ensure data integrity

Our expectations for this exciting role:

• You hold a degree in Engineering, Business Economics, or Data Science
• You have up to 3 years of experience in large and complex corporations with analytical background
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
• You have a focus on process improvement
• You are familiar with the use of digital planning tools and digital business analytics tools such as PowerBI to support planning activities
• You have strong analytical and communications skills, and the ability to deploy processes across the organisation
• You are a good team player, with resilience against frustration
