Junior Legal Counsel

To support our expanding legal agenda, we are looking for a Junior Legal Counsel to join our in-house legal department and work directly with our Head of Legal.

Your Role

As a Junior Legal Counsel, you will support all areas of Oddin.gg’s legal operations. You will work directly with the Head of Legal and gain exposure to a global jurisdictions, high-growth tech projects, and unique legal challenges.

Commercial & Technology Contracts: You will assist with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and technology agreements (including NDAs, service, licensing, DPAs, and vendor contracts) and help maintain templates and the contract database.

Corporate Governance: You will contribute to corporate governance by preparing corporate documents, resolutions, filings, and registers, coordinating shareholder materials, and communicating with external counsels.

Data Protection & Compliance: In data protection and compliance, you will help implement GDPR and other privacy requirements, maintain documentation, support internal reviews, vendor assessments, and data-mapping, and assist in developing our compliance framework.

Employment & HR Legal Support: You will support HR with employment documentation, onboarding/offboarding materials, guidelines, policies, and cross-jurisdiction compliance, including assistance with internal investigations.

Regulatory & Licensing Support: You will provide research and support for international betting and gaming regulatory matters, prepare materials for licensing submissions, and assist with ongoing compliance, due diligence, and KYC.

General Legal Support: You will conduct legal research across commercial, IT, IP, corporate, and regulatory topics, prepare memos and internal policies, and work closely with the Head of Legal on cross-department projects in a fast-paced multinational environment.

Our Idea of You

• 1–2 years of experience in a law firm or in-house (traineeship/koncipient or junior counsel role).
• Law degree (Mgr./JUDr. or equivalent).
• Solid understanding of at least one area: commercial law, corporate law, IP/IT, or GDPR.
• Strong English skills (written & spoken) and Czech fluency preferred.
• Strong drafting ability, attention to detail, and proactive work ethic.
• Willingness to learn, research, and grow quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in technology, esports, data, or gaming is a plus — but not required.
