We are currently seeking a Senior Accountant responsible for overseeing outsourced accounting operations within Europe. In this role, you will coordinate and manage external accounting service providers and serve as the primary point of contact for local business stakeholders to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely financial processes in these jurisdictions.

You will be part of the internal Outsourced Accounting Team and report to Head of Outsourced Accounting.

What you would work on?

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations for assigned legal entities in coordination with external accounting providers.
  • Review monthly closing processes prepared by external providers, including balance sheet reconciliations and alignment between statutory and management reporting.
  • Act as a point of contact for local teams on routine finance queries, ensuring smooth communication with external providers.
  • Support external audit processes and liaise with tax advisors on routine tax matters and annual filings.
  • Ensure compliance with local accounting and tax requirements, escalating complex issues to the Accounting Manager when needed.
  • Maintain documentation of accounting processes and outsourced workflows.
  • Contribute to process improvements and support global finance projects with local market considerations.

  • 5 years of work experience in the same or similar position.
  • In-depth understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive approach and teamwork.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizing abilities.
  • Focus on delivery and deadlines.
  • Experience from fast growing environment is a big plus.
  • Fluency in Czech and English.
