Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Content Editor to join our international Website Operations Team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and publishing high-quality digital content across our corporate websites and related platforms. You will ensure that all content aligns with our brand guidelines, is optimized for SEO, and provides an engaging user experience for audiences around the world. You’ll work closely with our marketing, design, and technical teams to help maintain a consistent and compelling digital presence for our audiences worldwide.

What is going to be your responsibility?

Content Management & Publishing

• Manage and update content across global websites (multi-country, multi-language) using CMS platforms (e.g. Pimcore).
• Ensure timely publication of campaigns, product pages, and microsites.
• Maintain editorial calendars and coordinate translations for international markets.

Content Creation & Editing

• Write, edit, and proofread website content, blog posts, and landing pages for clarity, accuracy, and brand tone.
• Collaborate with designers for visuals, infographics, and multimedia integration.
• Develop SEO-friendly copy, including meta titles, descriptions, and structured data.

Optimization & Analytics

• Implement SEO best practices (keyword research, technical SEO checks, link optimization).
• Conduct content audits and A/B testing to improve engagement and conversion.
• Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to monitor performance and recommend improvements.

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure content adheres to legal, ethical, and accessibility standards.
• Maintain consistency with global brand guidelines and digital governance frameworks.

Collaboration & Enablement

• Work with global teams to align content strategies across regions.
• Train local editors on CMS usage and content standards.

Expectations for the ideal candidate

• 3+ years experience in website content management and digital marketing.
• Degree in Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, or similar.
• Proficient in CMS platforms (preferably PIMCORE) and basic HTML/CSS.
• Proven sense for design and precision, ensuring high-quality, aesthetic outcomes
• Familiar with SEO, and multimedia content handling.
• Skilled in JIRA, ticketing systems, and workflow prioritization.
• Excellent communication and content creation skills and good graphic skills.
• Organizational and coordination skills coupled with a strong ability to work in a team.
• Experience of working with Google Analytics or other analytics tools would be an advantage.
• Very good English language skills, German a definite plus
