O pozici

Are you a natural go-getter who loves the thrill of opening doors and closing deals? We’re looking for two bright and ambitious Sales Hunters with drive, energy, and the desire to grow with us, to join our team and bring AI-powered SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions to businesses across the Czech Republic.

This is not a desk job, you will be on the move, reaching out to new customers, opening doors, setting up meetings, and bringing in new opportunities. A true hunter who enjoys every closed deal. If you enjoy connecting with people and turning conversations into business, this role is for you.

What you can look forward to:

  • Hunt for new customers across industries.
  • Make cold calls, send emails, and set up meetings.
  • Present and sell AI-powered SaaS solutions with full support from our pre-sales and management team.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract.
  • Work towards quarterly targets based on Annual Recurring Revenue, subscription-only model.
  • Fast growth in AI, SaaS and digital transformation.

  • Work from anywhere in the Czech Republic – our offices in Brno and Prague are open and happy to welcome you, but your real focus will be meeting customers, not sitting at a desk.

Key requirements:

  • Have 2–3 years of B2B sales experience (telco, SaaS, agency), account management in IT distribution/resellers – all welcome.
  • Bring strong communication and persuasion skills with soution-seeking mindset.
  • Know how to spot opportunities and turn them into deals.
  • Be ready to chase, knock on doors, and keep going until you get a “yes”.
  • Stay curious, learn fast, and keep your energy high
  • Fluent Czech and workable English.
  • Hold a category B driving license and be willing to travel frequently across the Czech Republic.
