Junior Conversion Optimization Specialist

Ready to dive into the exciting world of affiliate marketing? We’re looking for a detail-oriented Junior Conversion Optimization Specialist to join our Affiliate team and help us optimize every touchpoint in our customer journey. This is a perfect role for someone who loves combining creativity with data-driven decisions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Analyze and optimize user journeys across all marketing channels to maximize conversions.
• Create clear, actionable briefs for our design team.
• Test websites and products on mobile devices to ensure seamless user experience.
• Write compelling content and build website prototypes using Axure or Figma.
• Research competitor websites to discover winning strategies we can adopt.
• Partner with our Marketing Retention team to boost affiliate traffic performance.
• Design and analyze A/B tests to continuously improve our results.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has a keen eye for detail and user experience.
• Communicates clearly and can translate marketing ideas into actionable tasks.
• Is comfortable working with multiple tools and learning new ones quickly.
• Enjoys problem-solving and isn’t afraid to experiment.
• Can juggle multiple projects while staying organized.

Nice to Have:

• Basic HTML knowledge.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing.
• Marketing copywriting experience.
• Knowledge of landing page structure and optimization.
