Your Role

As the Information Security Manager, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and managing the company’s information security strategy. You’ll collaborate across departments to ensure that our systems, networks, and data remain secure, while driving a culture of security awareness and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s information security policies, procedures, and standards.
Manage risk assessments, vulnerability testing, and incident response activities.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and frameworks.
Conduct regular audits and coordinate remediation plans.
Train and educate staff on cybersecurity best practices.
Collaborate with IT, legal, and management teams to protect company assets and client data.
Monitor emerging threats and recommend appropriate security solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
2+ years of experience in information security or cybersecurity management.
Strong understanding of security frameworks, risk management, and data protection laws.
Relevant certifications are a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Proactive mindset and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
