At OHB Czechspace, we bring together passionate people to deliver complex space systems. We are currently looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our Finance & Administration Team — a collaborative and supportive group that plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations and a positive employee experience across the company.

This is a full-time/part-time position.

Job description:

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations and contribute to strategic HR development
  • Create, review, update, and implement HR policies and company guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with the Czech Labour Code and internal regulations
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including employer branding
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Organize and support training & development, compensation & benefits, performance and talent management, health & safety
  • Maintain and update HR master data and personnel documentation
  • Prepare and report relevant HR data to the OHB group
  • Act as a liaison for group-level HR topics and contribute to cross-border HR initiatives and group-wide projects and discussions, share best practices
  • Report to the Head of Finance & Administration, collaborate closely with the Marketing & HR Specialist, and support other Finance & Administration activities

We require:

  • University degree in Business or Economics, Management, Human Re-sources, or related field is a plus
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR role (preferably in a tech-nical or industrial environment)
  • Solid knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Independent, proactive, solution-oriented and collaborative mindset
  • Fluency in spoken and written Czech and English
