We are looking for a Senior HR Specialist at TORSUS and Pulsar Expo to maintain excellent HR service standards that adapt to meet changing workforce and global HR requirements.

Job Requirements

· Bachelors University Degree in Human Resources or another relevant field

· 3+ years of relevant experience

· Native level Czech and minimum B2 English required

Job Responsibilities

· Build and retain a strong workforce by driving employee lifecycle processes that support long-term growth and engagement.

· Keep operations running smoothly by managing HR activities accurately and on time, in close partnership with shared service teams.

· Ensure compliance and resolve issues proactively by following Czech labor laws, internal policies, and maintaining solid documentation.

· Bring global goals to life locally by aligning HR initiatives with company-wide strategies and the Czech labor market.

· Empower employees through local training, development programs, and continuous support for performance and engagement.

· Foster a positive, values-driven culture by promoting strong internal communication, collaboration, and company values at every level.

· Support smart decisions by delivering accurate workforce data, leading local HR system implementation, and actively participating in change initiatives.

· All essential HR systems, policies, and tools are successfully implemented and maintained
