We are looking for pro-active, positive and responsible person with ability to think globally, good team-member for position Field & Demonstration Coordinator:


Main Responsibility
• Maintain and update accurate records of the machine fleet, including location, condition, and availability
• Coordinate demo machine schedules between internal teams and external dealers to ensure seamless operations
• Track maintenance and repair status with dealers through online systems and follow up as required
• Prepare and distribute concise reports on fleet usage, performance, and availability
• Support event planning and merchandising logistics for demonstrations and promotional activities
• Collaborate closely with the Product Management team to enhance operational efficiency and communication

Job Requirements
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with an eye for detail
• Confident using Excel
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Education & Qualification: Bachelor's Degree - Business administration (preferred)
• Language: English (oral and written) at a fluent level; any other European Languages can be an advantage

Position is also suitable for graduates.
