Business Process Consultant / ERP Liaison (Contract Role)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Process Consultant to act as the key liaison between process owners, the Quality department, and the ERP/Integration team. The consultant will help capture, structure, and translate business and quality requirements into ERP-ready specifications, ensuring alignment with compliance, quality, and governance standards.

You will operate between business and IT — understanding both languages and ensuring smooth, structured communication between all involved parties.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, document, and harmonise existing business processes.
• Facilitate workshops with process owners.
• Act as primary interface between business, quality, and ERP integration streams.
• Translate business requirements into clear, structured documentation.
• Ensure all changes comply with ISO / GxP / internal quality frameworks.
• Support ERP testing (UAT, integration), including validation and sign-off.
• Contribute to SOPs, process documentation, and user guidance.

Requirements

• Practical experience in business process analysis or ERP business analysis.
• Knowledge of process modelling (BPMN 2.0 or equivalent).
• Strong communication skills bridging business and technical teams.
• Understanding of quality/compliance frameworks (ISO 9001, GxP or similar).
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA modules (MM, SD, QM, FI/CO, PS, PSM).
• Familiarity with integration or middleware concepts.
• Experience in regulated or R&D environments (public, research, edu).
