What is your role going to look like?

• Together with 7 team members you will be supporting the market for Benelux
• Act as a primary point of contact for our clients and commercial teams
• Big part of your day will be order management – receiving, monitoring, and processing customer orders in SAP.
• You will also handle complaints or any other requests from our clients
• You can expect receiving requests primarily via phone or email (CRM)
