Finance Accounting Support – part-time (Czech + English)

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Students or Part-Timers to join our finance team. The ideal candidates will assist with various Accounting and administrative tasks. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records various reports and reconciliations.
• Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of financial information.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Assist with accounts payable or accounts receivable.
• Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payment transactions.
• Provide administrative support to the finance team as required.

Qualifications:

• You are a student of Finance and Accoutning, or a related field.
• Ability to speak Czech and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Hourly rate between 150 and 200 CZK/hour – based on your experience.
