Key Account Manager for HUNGARIAN MARKET - BEAUTY SEGMENT

The company’s growth creates new career opportunities. One of the key positions we are currently hiring for is the role of KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER for the Hungarian market!

The KAM position reports to the Sales Director in the Czech Republic, is part of the sales department, and includes the following responsibilities:

Key Account Management

• Providing service and support to assigned customers
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with these customers
• Holding regular in-person meetings with assigned clients and, in cooperation with the Sales Director, negotiating business terms, prices, and contractual agreements
• Handling current requests, issues, complaints, or discrepancies
• Providing product information, sending price lists, presentations, and product samples
• Creating and updating planograms
• Listing new products and delisting discontinued ones
• Preparing and checking listing documents
• Processing regular orders and checking invoices
• Monitoring stock levels of key items and reordering from suppliers in cooperation with the logistics department
• Planning and executing promotional activities in cooperation with the marketing department, and evaluating their effectiveness
• Preparing briefs and materials for graphic design (mailings, banners, leaflets, social media posts, etc.) and reviewing them
• Performing store checks to ensure flawless presentation of our brands

New Customers

• Active research and identification of new business opportunities and potential partners
• Approaching and establishing cooperation with specifically targeted customers in the Hungarian market

Cooperation with Suppliers and Business Partners

• Building and maintaining relationships with our suppliers and business partners
• Regular in-person meetings with partners and suppliers
• Cooperating on portfolio selection, novelties, etc.

Analysis and Reporting

• Preparing forecasts
• Analyzing and processing sell-out data by customer
• Analyzing customer profitability, monitoring market trends and competition
• Preparing regular reports and presentations for company management regarding key account performance and achievement of sales targets

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Candidate with at least 5 years of experience in the beauty segment/FMCG
• Hungarian as a native language + excellent knowledge of English
• Knowledge of Czech is a strong advantage
• Work location: Prague and Budapest
• Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly between Czech Republic and Hungary
• Start of cooperation: January 2026
• Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills
• Customer-oriented approach
• Ability to negotiate and close business agreements with key partners
• Ability to analyze the market and identify new business opportunities
• Ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected situations
• Strong orientation in decorative and skincare cosmetics is a great advantage
