Velvyslanectví Irska v Praze hledá uklízeče/uklízečku pro oficiální rezidenci velvyslance. Jedná se o pozici na plný úvazek, podléhající zkušební době, s nástupem co nejdříve.

Náplň práce a odpovědnosti:

Přesný rozsah povinností se bude v průběhu času měnit, ale bude zahrnovat následující:

• Denní úklid a údržba rezidence, včetně utírání prachu, zametání a vytírání;
• Příprava akcí v rezidenci, včetně prostírání stolu, pomoci s akcemi a následného úklidu;
• Skladování a údržba úklidového vybavení a potřeb;
• Praní a žehlení prádla;
• Další úkoly dle potřeby a podle pokynů velvyslance a zástupce vedoucího mise.

Základní požadavky, které musí kandidáti prokázat:

• Kandidáti musí mít základní znalost mluvené angličtiny a češtiny;
• Kandidáti musí mít 1 rok předchozí praxe na podobné pozici;
• Dochvilnost;
• Spolehlivost a schopnost vykonávat běžné úkoly bez dohledu;
• Pečlivost a důraz na detail;
• Úspěšný kandidát musí mít povolení k pobytu a práci v České republice, pokud není občanem ČR.

Pracovní podmínky:

• Úspěšný kandidát bude přijat na dobu určitou;
• Pracovní doba je od pondělí do pátku, 35 hodin týdně;
• Roční hrubý plat je 411 213 Kč (12 platů + 13. plat), vyplácen měsíčně. Platy jsou vypláceny přímo na bankovní účet, proto musí mít úspěšný kandidát bankovní účet;
• Pozice může zahrnovat práci mimo pracovní dobu ve večerních hodinách, která bude předem dohodnuta.

The Embassy of Ireland, Prague, is seeking to recruit a cleaner for the Official Accommodation of the Ambassador. This is a full time position, subject to a probationary period and will start as soon as possible.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The precise range of duties will vary over time, but will include the following:

• Day-to-day cleaning and maintenance of the Residence, including dusting, sweeping and mopping;
• Preparation for events in the Residence, including setting the table, assisting with events, and cleaning afterwards;
• Stocking and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies;
• Laundry;
• Maintaining a clean official accommodation by clearing rubbish and litter from the garden and grounds;
• Ensuring a safe environment for staff and clients by adhering to safety and health regulations;
• Other duties as required from time to time and directed by the Ambassador and Deputy Head of Mission as necessary.

Essential Requirements candidates must be able to demonstrate:

• Candidates must have a basic level of spoken English and Czech;
• Candidates must have 1 year of previous experience in a similar role;
• Ability to lift objects;
• Punctuality;
• Reliable with the ability to perform routine tasks without supervision;
• Strong attention to detail;
• The successful candidate must have a legal right to live and work in the Czech Republic.

Terms and conditions of employment:

• The successful candidate will be hired on an initial fixed term contract;
• The hours are Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week;
• The annual salary is CZK 411,213 per annum (which includes a 13th month salary), pro rata, paid locally on a monthly basis. Salaries are paid directly to a bank account, therefore, the successful candidate must have a bank account;
• The position may include some out of hours work in the evenings, which will be agreed in advance.

Selection Process:

• Depending on the number of applications received, a short-listing of candidates to be called for interview may be undertaken based on the Essential/Key Requirements above;

• A second round interview may form part of the interview process; and
• It is planned that interviews will be held in October.

Security Clearance for Local Staff

Police security clearance will be sought in respect of individuals who come under consideration for appointment. Enquiries may also be made with the police force of any country in which the applicant under consideration for appointment resided. If unsuccessful, this information will be destroyed.
