We are a global IT company with more than 300 colleagues across 15 countries worldwide. For our Back Office team, located in Prague, Brno, and the Netherlands, we are looking for a new teammate who enjoys keeping papers and numbers in order, is not afraid of communicating in English, and appreciates an environment where things move forward.
What you will do with us
- Check and enter invoices into the system, handle minor discrepancies with suppliers
- Cooperate with accountants and make sure everything matches (credit notes, offsets, bank statements)
- Take care of administration related to the warehouse and documentation
- Occasionally help with office management to ensure a comfortable working environment for everyone
- Be in daily contact with colleagues from different countries – mostly via email, sometimes through online calls
Who we’d like to find
- Someone with experience in administration/office management and a detail-oriented approach
- A person who isn’t intimidated by Excel or spreadsheets and can organize their work well
- A colleague who speaks fluent Czech and isn’t afraid of English (we don’t expect perfection – what matters is the willingness to speak and write)
- A team player who can also work independently and see tasks through to completion
- A personality who is looking not only for a job but also for growth and opportunities to learn new things
