INVENTORY SPECIALIST (M/F)

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Verify the quantity and quality of incoming materials, and ensure accurate records in ERP and inventory systems.
• Audits & Reporting: Conduct regular inventory counts, create clear reports, and quickly resolve discrepancies.
• Cargo & Warehouse Inspection: Inspect incoming cargo for damage, document container conditions with photos, and report any irregularities.
• Warehouse Operations: Operate RF scanners and support daily warehouse activities. Maintain a clean and efficient workspace following the 3R5S methodology.
• Compliance & Coordination: Cooperate with customs officials and support internal/external audits to ensure compliance with all regulations.

🧩What We’re Looking For

• Valid work permit for the Czech Republic
• Working knowledge of MS Excel (e.g. basic formulas, sorting, filtering)
• Good spoken English (minimum B1 level – able to communicate in meetings or on calls)
• No previous experience required – we provide full training!
