We are looking for pro-active, positive and responsible person with ability to think globally, good team-member for position Field & Demonstration Coordinator:


Main Responsibility
• Provide administrative and coordination support for the Product Management (PM) team, focusing on tracking and managing the machine fleet. The role involves keeping records up to date, monitoring equipment status, and supporting internal and external communication.

Details
• Maintain and update machine fleet records (location, condition, availability).
• Coordinate demonstration machine schedules with internal teams and dealers.
• Track and follow up on maintenance or repairs with dealers. (online)
• Prepare and share simple reports on fleet status and usage.
• Assist with event and merchandising preparations.

Reports
Daily:
• Demo Machine & attachment/Transportation update (Live excel file)

Weekly:
• Weekly demo update meeting (with team)

Monthly:
• Demo Stock Report (excel/email)

Yearly:
• Demo Stock Taking

Job Requirements
• Education & Qualification: Bachelor's Degree - Business administration (preferred)
• Language: English (oral and written) at a fluent level; any other European Languages can be an advantage
• Basic to intermediate knowledge in MS Office, especially excel (vlookup, pivot).
• Organizational skills
• No prior experience is needed but experience in a B2B multi-national environment is a plus

Position is also suitable for graduates.
