FOH Shift Lead

Isaac’s BBQ is looking for a reliable, outgoing FOH Shift Lead to join us in our mission of serving the best damn BBQ and cocktails in a fun, energetic atmosphere. Think dry-aged steaks meets Led Zeppelin played just a little too loudly.

You’ll be supporting daily operations and leading the service team alongside our General Manager. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who stays calm, moves fast, and knows how to keep both staff and guests happy.

You’ll be the right hand to our GM - managing the floor, supporting the team, solving problems, and making guests feel like regulars from the moment they walk in. It’s a hands-on leadership role with some admin duties, but the focus is on people, service, and flow.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the floor during service, keeping things smooth, sharp, and lively
• Jump behind the bar or onto the floor for regular shifts - stay connected, hands-on, and in tune with the team
• Support daily operations: help with staffing, scheduling, ordering, opening and closing
• Help develop new menu items and special events - be part of our creative process
• Train and mentor staff, keep standards high, and always lead by example
• Create memorable guest experiences - guests come back for YOU, not just for the food
• Bring the energy: strong communicator, positive presence, team motivator

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years in hospitality, ideally in a leadership role
• Confident on the floor, cool under pressure, and passionate about great hospitality
• Creative thinker with a love for food, drinks, and detail
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Outgoing personality, confident presence, a big smile, and a guest-first attitude
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and thrive in a busy, buzzing atmosphere
• Fluent in Czech and English (spoken and written)
