In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For:

Providing comprehensive legal support for the tour operator’s daily operations.
Acting as the process owner for customer complaints, in line with current company procedures:
– Conducting legal reviews and gathering supporting evidence.
– Drafting responses to customer complaints.
– Maintaining a detailed register of complaints and related correspondence.
– Ensuring timely receipt and dispatch of complaint responses.
Managing the company’s legal correspondence, including circulation, signing, and proper archiving of all legal documentation.
Drafting, reviewing, and updating standard contracts, agreements, and documents supporting the tour operator’s activities.
Performing legal translations when required.
Representing the company’s interests in interactions with private entities, governmental institutions, courts, and other external stakeholders.
Advising on legal matters related to personnel management and employment practices.
Monitoring and analysing legal regulations and legislative updates to ensure compliance.
Providing legal consultations on Czech Republic legislation for internal stakeholders across the company group.
Supporting aviation-related legal projects and ensuring alignment with applicable regulations.

Professional Experience and Skills:

Higher legal education; a university degree in Law is required.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a legal advisory role.
Proven ability to draft, negotiate, and review legal documents in a precise and professional manner.
Strong analytical thinking, with excellent conceptual and legal research skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent organisational skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including public speaking and formal correspondence.
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
Native or fluent proficiency in the Czech language is required.
Very good command of English, sufficient for managing contractual documentation and professional communication.
