We’re growing and currently looking for an AI Adoption Specialist / Business Analyst to strengthen our internal innovation efforts. This hybrid role focuses on helping departments adopt AI tools effectively, while also translating business needs into practical technical solutions—especially in Purchasing, Finance, and partially Sales..

What You'll Do in Solarity?

As an AI Adoption Specialist, you will:

• Collect business needs and suggest suitable AI tools (e.g. chatbots, voice-to-text, ERP integrations).
• Coordinate with external vendors to deliver AI solutions that meet company requirements.
• Promote AI adoption across teams, provide user-friendly training, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Serve as an internal AI ambassador, educating colleagues about AI potential and best practices.
• Provide basic support to AI tool users and ensure tools are being used effectively.

In the Business Analyst role, you’ll:

• Translate business requirements (mainly in Purchasing and Finance) into clear technical specifications.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure solutions are feasible and aligned with company goals.
• Oversee the technical implementation of features, from analysis to deployment.
• Manage testing, acceptance, documentation, and handover to operational teams.
• Continuously optimize systems and processes, and improve monitoring and operational reliability.
• Support ad-hoc IT tasks and contribute to overall system stability and innovation.

We're Seeking a Candidate Who:

• Has at least 1–2 years of experience in IT, process automation, or AI implementation (even in small-scale projects).
• Understands business operations and can coordinate with external vendors.
• Is a strong communicator who enjoys presenting and training others—even non-technical users.
• Is tech-savvy with general knowledge of IT systems, APIs, and modern SaaS tools (knowledge of ERP K2 is a plus).
• Basic overview and experience in business analysis.
• Analytical skills - the ability to analyze processes and make specific recommendations for their improvement.
• Is proactive, self-organized, empathetic, and eager to learn and explore emerging technologies.
• Has experience with documenting solutions, testing, and working across multiple teams.
