Purchase to Pay Accountant /Accounts Payable - Swedish culture!

Friendly colleague in the position of Purchase to Pay Accountant will fit in perfectly with us.

What will be your job about?

As the PtP Accountant, you will be responsible for smooth operations in Epiroc's business units of following activities:

• Process transactions (invoices, credit notes).
• Match supplier invoices with purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Process invoices into accounting system on a daily and timely basis while ensuring invoices are coded to the correct GL accounts and cost centers.
• Cooperation on payment preparation, month-end activities and reporting.
• Analyze vendor accounts.
• Reconcile vendor statements.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve account discrepancies and respond to vendor inquiries.
• Communicate with colleagues from business units; provide support and solutions.
• Participate on improvement and optimization projects.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and special tasks, as assigned.

What knowledge and skills we are looking for?

• Experience in PtP / AP area at least 1 year.
• Advanced knowledge of English – you will use it in daily communication.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), experience with SAP is an advantage.
• F&A process understanding & accounting knowledge.
• Ability to work independently as well as in the team.
• Friendly personality with sense of responsibility, communication skills, flexibility and good focus on details,
• Strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Czech citizenship or work permit is a must.
