Context
Under the direct supervision of the Senior Project Associate and under the overall supervision of the Head of Office, the incumbent will provide methodological support for the “Mosty k integraci” project, which focuses on the integration of Ukrainian temporary protection holders, including development of tools, staff training, and quality monitoring of integration activities. - Responsibilities and Accountabilities
1. Create and maintain methodological tools, guidelines, and other relevant resources to support project activities, including those focused on labour migration.
2. Develop training content and deliver workshops, consultations, and other learning sessions for project teams.
3. Support project outputs and ensure the effectiveness and consistency of methodologies through ongoing monitoring, evaluation, and feedback.
4. Maintain up-to-date records of methodologies and materials; contribute to project documentation and reports as required.
5. Communicate with external partners such as schools, NGOs, labour offices, and community organisations, particularly in the context of labour migration and related services.
6. Provide expert input and support in the implementation of educational, counselling, and career development activities, including assistance with administrative tasks and other relevant duties related to ongoing project activities.
7. Any other duties as may be assigned.

Required Qualifications and Experience
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Political or Social Science, International Relations, or a related field from an accredited academic institution , with three years of relevant professional experience
OR
High School degree from an accredited academic institution, with five years of relevant professional experience
EXPERIENCE
Demonstrated experience and knowledge on migration issues is a distinct advantage.
Excellent analytical skills;
Good understanding of migration policies, financial instruments, institutions and decision-making mechanisms.
SKILLS
Strong analytical thinking, organizational, and communications skills.
Ability to work independently against tight deadlines.
Excellent writing, editing, and reporting skills.
Languages
REQUIRED
For all applicants, fluency in English, Czech is required (oral and written).
Working proficiency in Ukrainian and/or Russian is an advantage
