WHAT AWAITS YOU

• Participate in team leadership
• Assisting the department head in motivating and training the team
• Continuous support and sales improvement
• Ensuring friendly and professional customer service within the department
• Regular analysis of goods with subsequent optimization of the sales area according to Visual Merchandising rules
• Contact and cooperation with the purchasing department in order to improve the quality of the offered assortment

WHAT WE EXPECT

• Successful completion of a degree in management with a preference for higher education
• Proven experience in the field, preferably in the clothing, consumer goods or services sector
• Passion for fashion and lifestyle
• Strong customer focus and customer service
• High commitment, initiative and proactive approach to work
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Good knowledge of English
