O pozici
We seek a motivated candidate for the Technical Customer Sales Support Specialist - Junior position who enjoys traveling, is customer-oriented, enjoys daily communication with customers, learns quickly, and has a passion for modern, especially robotic, technologies. Your main task will be to provide technical support to our customers and dealers, both in the pre-sales and after-sales phases. You will closely collaborate with the sales team, handling technical details and answering customer queries. Your role will also include organizing and delivering product demos, training customers, and coordinating spare part deliveries.

- Are you fluent in English and Czech and can you communicate in another world language?

- Do you have a driver's license for group B and are you willing to extend it to E?
Job Description
- Technical Support: Providing technical details to customers and dealers, serving as the technical lead for project sales.
- After-sales Support: Offering technical support to dealers and key customers, troubleshooting autonomy issues, handling warranty and post-warranty services.
- Customer Training: Training large customers onsite, smaller customers remotely (electronically or through dealers).
- Demo Support & Execution: Organizing and conducting demo presentations for end customers and dealers.
- Internal Sales Support: Sending initial quotes and product descriptions to distributors, providing technical answers and details (20% of agenda).
- Mapping and Routing: Coordinating mapping and routing realization with customers.
