With a team of nearly 300 people, based in the Czech Republic and many other locations across Europe, Asia and Latin America Oddin.gg is growing at a superfast pace. And that brings us to you!

𖤍 Your Position on the Board

• Establish and Scale the Legal Function: Design, implement, and manage the foundational legal processes, policies, and best practices for the company, laying the groundwork for future legal team expansion.
• Global Regulatory Compliance: Proactively monitor, interpret, and advise on complex and evolving international laws and regulations pertinent to the online betting, gaming, IT, and software development industries across all operational jurisdictions. Ensure continuous compliance for products, services, and operations.
• Commercial & Technology Contracts: Lead the drafting, review, negotiation, and management of a high volume of diverse and complex commercial agreements, including SaaS agreements, technology licensing, vendor contracts, partnership agreements, data processing agreements, NDAs, and other critical operational contracts with global partners and clients.
• Data Privacy & Cybersecurity: Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive data protection and privacy strategies, policies, and procedures (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, local data protection laws). Advise on cybersecurity legal requirements and incident response.
• External Counsel Management & Optimization: Strategically manage, select, and optimize relationships with our global network of external law firms, ensuring cost-effective, high-quality legal support and effectively leveraging their specialized expertise for specific jurisdictional or complex matters.
• Corporate Governance: Advise on best practices for corporate governance across all global entities, manage corporate records, and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Intellectual Property Management: Develop and execute strategies for the protection, enforcement, and licensing of the company's intellectual property, including software, trademarks, and copyrights.
• Risk Management & Dispute Resolution: Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks across the organization. Strategically manage and oversee any legal disputes, claims, or litigation in collaboration with external counsel.
• Employment Law: Provide expert legal advice to the HR department on international employment law matters, including contracts, policies, internal investigations, and compliance across various global jurisdictions.

𖤍 Our Idea of You

• Min. 3 - 5 years experience as a Corporate legal Counsel.
• Fluent in English and ideally Fluent in Czech as well.
• Be based in the EU and ideally in the Czech Republic.
• Experience from a dynamic multinational environment.
• Proactive and independent personality with an eye for detail.
