In Prague, Epiroc hosts a financial shared services hub - our Center of Excellence - alongside teams from Global Finance, IT, and Business. You’ll be part of a dynamic, collaborative environment where innovation and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything we do.

Your mission

As an AtR Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate accounting and reporting while driving process excellence. You’ll work closely with internal customers and contribute to global projects that shape the future of finance at Epiroc.

• Perform day-to-day accounting and reporting activities with precision and ownership
• Lead process harmonization and ERP alignment across entities
• Drive improvements in AtR processes and tools, including automation and digitization
• Participate in regional and global projects, including onboarding new entities
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and external standards (IFRS, local GAAP)
• Maintain excellent communication with stakeholders across the region and globally
• Uphold and improve agreed procedures within the team

Your profile

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in AtR roles within multinational organizations
• Knowledge of IFRS
• Strong skills in Excel
• Excellent command of English
• Proven ability to build relationships and trust with internal and external stakeholders
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement
• Statutory and tax reporting knowledge and experience is an advantage
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus
• Czech citizenship or valid work permit is mandatory
