Job Description

As a Front Office Manager at The Cloud One Hotels, you hold the responsibility of leading our Front Office team, setting the standard for guest interactions and experiences. Your role is instrumental in crafting the initial impression and ensuring a seamless guest journey from arrival to departure. At The Cloud One Hotels, our goal is to foster an environment where both guests and team members feel comfortable and genuinely welcomed! Your responsibilities include:

• Managing reservations and overbookings, as well as exploring alternative accommodation options when necessary
• Creating duty rosters and coordinating holiday schedules.
• Conducting internal coaching sessions, cross-training initiatives, and organizing developmental training courses tailored for our Front Office staff
• Overseeing expenses and the accommodation revenue budget
• Implementing and upholding our quality management system
• Guiding and supporting our guests seamlessly from check-in to check-out
• Expanding your knowledge through collaborative interactions within our multicultural team, offering insights into various cross-departmental roles

• Educational background and/or professional experience in hospitality, gastronomy, tourism, or a keen interest in venturing into these fields

• A naturally open and communicative personality, proficient in English and Czech communication
