Senior PHP Developer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior PHP Developer, skilled in Laravel and Vue.js, to join our dynamic international team. The ideal candidate is an experienced developer capable of autonomous work within structured processes, possessing a sharp eye for identifying and enhancing software architecture and design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain robust, scalable PHP applications using Laravel.
• Implement engaging, responsive front-end solutions using Vue.js.
• Review logs and system performance, proactively addressing issues to enhance system reliability.
• Identify and propose improvements to software architecture and development processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA engineers, product managers, and marketers.
• Develop clean, maintainable code by consistently applying coding standards and best practices to ensure reliability and quality.
• Mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Essential Qualifications:

• Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal.
• Proven experience as a PHP developer with significant expertise in Laravel framework.
• Familiar with managing dependencies and packages in Laravel using Composer.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with Vue.js.
• Experience working with Git and implementing version control best practices.
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).
• Skilled in log analysis, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to independently identify problems, analyze solutions, and implement improvements.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and teamwork skills.
• Experience working with MySQL or MariaDB to design and manage reliable, efficient databases.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Familiarity with cloud technologies and services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Comfortable using task management tools like Trello to collaborate and stay organized.
• Experience building and maintaining high-traffic, customer-facing websites.
