Kassow Robots

We are a Danish company that develops unique collaborative robots for a wide range of applications (pick-place, welding, grinding, assembling furniture or mixing drinks).

Our Projects

In the Kassow software R&D team, we solve various tasks, e.g. in the field of generating and controlling robot movements, optimisation and simulations. For our robots, we develop algorithms operating in real time, we treat various data processing methods or we design and develop an interactive user interface.

• Development of a complex system for controlling and programming our robots
• Process planning solutions and individual software parts
• Communication protocols and support of industrial networks (Profinet, Ethercat, EthernetIP)
• An Ecosystem of expansion modules to support peripherals, communication and a number of software tools for specific tasks and applications
• Development of calibration technologies, optimization of kinematic models
• Sensory data processing
• Algorithms for dynamic control of robots in real time
• Development of internal APIs
• Simulation

Your Team

You will have the opportunity to work in a small but open group of engineers and developers, contributing to the development of software that defines the behavior and core functions of modern collaborative robots.

Your Story

We expect:

• You have great experience, talent or a great career path => we are looking for exceptional candidates regardless of seniority
• You have experience in development in C++, (2 years at least), STL, Boost
• Practical knowledge of math. analysis and linear algebra, or network and communication protocols
• Attention to detail and an open-minded approach, always happy to learn something new, independence
• Experiment-driven and collaborative mindset

We will also appreciate knowledge of:

• Linux, Bash, Python, Rust, Git, Unit testing

Education

• Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in computer science, informatics or software engineering
